Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-03-02
This agreement is made between you (the client) and LocalTakeoff ("we", "us", "our"). By signing or otherwise accepting this agreement, you agree to the following terms.
1. Our Offer
We will optimize your online presence with the goal of achieving a top 3 ranking on Google for your target location and main keyword within 90 days of receiving the necessary access.
2. Scope of Services
- Full Google Business Profile audit and optimization
- On-page website optimization
- Local citation building
- Competitor analysis and local market positioning
- Regular ranking reports and progress updates
- Ongoing support, adjustments and optimization throughout the engagement
3. What We Need From You
To begin work, we require access to your Google Business Profile and website. You will be notified before any significant changes are made. After payment is received, you will be sent clear instructions on how to provide secure access to the relevant accounts.
4. Guarantee
If a top 3 ranking has not been achieved within 90 days, you have two options:
- We pause your billing and continue working until the goal is reached, at which point normal billing resumes from the next cycle
- You request a full refund of all payments made, ending the agreement
The choice is yours. We are confident in our work, which is why we stand fully behind either outcome.
5. Exclusivity
For the duration of our collaboration, we will not take on any other client from your industry within your target area.
6. Payment
After signing, you will receive an invoice for the first month. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, SEPA, PayPal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards. The 90 day period begins as soon as access to the required accounts has been received.
7. Onboarding
Within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you will receive an onboarding email with all next steps and instructions.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for external factors outside of our control that may affect rankings, including changes to Google's algorithm, actions taken on the account by third parties, or significant changes to your business or website made without our knowledge.
